Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Evacuate and reclaim refrigerant from existing elevator machine room AC units. o Remove and dispose of (8) evaporator and (4) condenser split AC units, and associated linesets. o Remove all electric lines back to main disconnect switch. o Remove existing thermostats and control wiring for existing units. o Furnish and install, same tonnage as existing, (8) new evaporator and (4) new condenser units for 3 elevator mechanical rooms in building 5, Mitsubishi equipment preferred. o Mount condenser unit for P3/P4 on outside wall, coordinate with Facility for exact location and removal of existing linesets and condenser unit. o Furnish and install new stainless steel equipment mounts, unless otherwise provided as accessories with new condensing units. o Furnish and install new electrical disconnect switch for each condenser unit, include power wire, conduit, and seal tight. o Furnish and install new copper line sets with 1/2" insulation for new equipment. o Furnish and install new insulation for refrigerant piping, as per manufacturer specifications. o Furnish and install new drain lines to connect to existing gravity drain. o Furnish and install new control/communication wiring, as per manufacturer, for new equipment and connect to new local thermostat controls for all evaporator units, similar to existing controls. o Charge all systems with refrigerant to manufacturers specifications. o Provide firestopping for all new and existing penetrations, as necessary. o Paint, patch, repair, as necessary. o Start-up and commissioning of all equipment.
