The Parish requires a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform semi-annual inspections, preventative maintenance, as needed repair services, and system monitoring for the radar speed limit signs located throughout the Parish at the following locations: - Lowe Davis Road (Quanity: 1), Abita Spring, LA; - Penn Mill Road (Quanity: 2), Covington, LA; - Old River Rd. (Quanity: 2), Slidell, LA; - Herwig Bluff (Quanity: 2), Slidell, LA; - West Silvermaple Drive (Quanity: 1), Slidell, LA; and - Moonraker Drive (Quanity: 1), Slidell, LA. If the estimated cost of the work is $50k or more a Contractor licensed by the State to do the type of work indicated in Section 2.1 may submit a quote. The Respondent's signature on the quote certifies that he holds an active license under the provisions of Chapter 24 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 37. Failure to be properly licensed constitutes authority for the Parish to reject the quote. The Parish reserves the right to require a Contractor licensed for less than $50k depending on the requiements set forth in Section 2.1 and shall provide within 10 days after being notified of an Award. Addendum Deadline November 14, 2024 2:00 PM The Parish would like this to be a five (5) year contract. The initial term of the Contract will be from the date the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued by the Parish through December 31, 2026, with the option of three (3) additional one (1) year renewals if the Parish and Contractor agree.
