Cafeteria Furniture for South Brunswick High School Purchase of Cafeteria Furniture. The Cafeteria Furniture shall meet the specifications contained in the Bid. Any and all revisions to this document shall be made only by written addendum from the Purchasing Department of Brunswick County Board of Education. The offeror is cautioned that the requirements of this Invitation to Bid can be altered only by written addendum and that verbal communications from whatever source are of no effect. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure that all addenda have been received prior to submitting a bid. Mail one (1) fully executed bid. AWARD OF CONTRACT: A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, taking into consideration quality, suitability of the articles for the intended use; conformance to the specifications, time for delivery, the general reputation and performance capabilities of the offeror, and other such factors deemed by the school system to be pertinent or peculiar to the purchase in question. Brunswick County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. This Contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal funding. As such, federal laws, regulations, policies and related administrative practices apply to this Contract. The most recent of such federal requirements, including any amendments made after the execution of this Contract shall govern the Contract, unless the federal government determines otherwise
