Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable hard copy bid bond payable without recourse to the City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a payment bond, and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the award. The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and award to the most advantageous proposal received. Local, minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 at 12:00 PM CT The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: The reconstruction of 4300 SY of concrete roadway and the replacement of 1600 LF of concrete curb and gutter on Precision Drive between FM 1515 and the UNT Library Annex Building.
