Renovation of an educational facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
LSU Health New Orleans (LSUHNO) requests bids for the Human Development Center (HDC) First Floor Audio/Visual Upgrade as specified in this scope of work. The work Includes three rooms, The HDC Auditorium (130), HDC 126, and HDC 133. The sections below will detall the systems for HDC 130 by itself and HCD 126 and 133 as a pair since their systems are identical. If there is any doubt of the meaning of any part of the specifications, and/or desires approval of "equivalent" equipment they must submit to Patrick Defourneaux via e-mail at pdefou@lsuhsc.edu a written request for an interpretation or prior approval not later than 12pm (central) on December 6, 2024. A response will be made by addendum issued to each bidder receiving a set of the specifications. LSUHSC will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretation of the specifications or proposed documents.
