Site work for a water / sewer project in Highland Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall identify his bid on the outside of the envelope by writing the words: i. City of Highland Village, Texas ii. Dredging of Quail Cove and Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities Proposed project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to construct, in accordance with the plans and specifications, the Dredging of Quail Cove and Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities Project in the City of Highland Village. This project generally consists of removing excess sediment from the bottom of the Walmart and Quail Cove Dr ponds by dredging so as to increase their water detention/retention capacity. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of no less than five percent (5%) from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond will be required by the Owner; each bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount. No officer or employee of the City of Highland Village shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Highland Village. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council to select any bid that will best serve the interests of the City. Question Deadline 08/13/2025: If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Contract is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Specifications, he may submit to the City of Highland Village, not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for opening bids, a written request for an interpretation or clarification. There will be no maintenance bond requirement for this project as per Q/A. Scope:- The Work for this Proposed project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to construct, in accordance with the plans and specifications, the Dredging of Quail Cove and Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities Project in the City of Highland Village. This project generally consists of removing excess sediment from the bottom of the Walmart and Quail Cove Dr ponds by dredging so as to increase their water detention/retention capacity Mobilization, SWPPP, Bond, Sediment Dewatering, Dredge Launch and Removal , Silt Fence. Complete in Place. This item shall cover the entire construction zone as needed or required by the SWPPP, Dredge Pond. Complete in Place. Loading and moving dredged material to complete the project
