Renovation of a stadium in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace flooring at the St. Joseph Civic Arena. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer. SCOPE The scope of this project includes but is not limited to: Removal and disposal of old carpet / tile (if deemed appropriate for new flooring) Removal and replacement of cove base in all areas. Replacement of flooring with carpet tiles in: o The Administrative Offices entire area including box office, conference rooms, offices and reception area. o All carpeting/tile/flooring should be commercial grade and stain resistant. Color and style shall be approved by Civic Arena Manager. o Shall include appropriate floor preparation and padding/underlayment. o Shall include replacement carpet tiles for future replacements Replacement of flooring with commercial grade VCT tile or commercial grade plank flooring in: o Meeting Rooms o Elevator o Office Restroom o Maintenance Office Removal of existing tile and adhesive if deemed appropriate for new flooring. Proper preparation of concrete flooring for new flooring including but not limited to priming/sealing of concrete
