They dont have plans of putting it back back out** River Bluff Gateway Storefront Replacement proposals from qualified vendors for storefront replacement at 6215 King Hill Avenue. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of St. Joseph, Missouri. The purpose of this RFP is to establish an agreement with a qualified vendor for replacement of storefront windows at 6215 King Hill Ave. in accordance with the scope of work below. SCOPE Remove existing storefront Furnish and install Tubelite 2" x 4 1/2 " storefront glazed with tempered 1' insulated glass units with clear/Low-E glass. Finish is to be dark bronze. Opening sizes: 5-8" x 7" split into 2 bays 2-13'x6' 1-single door with sidelites on each side. Door is to be narrow stile Tubelite doors with ADA compliant hardware including a pull, panic bar, and closer. 1-single door. . Bid is to include all labor, equipment and material required to complete the scope of work. Contractor is responsible for securing all necessary city permits; cost of those permits should be included in this bid.
