Potter Hall room remodel All work shall be done per the proposal. o The contractor will visit the site to determine preparations, materials, and labor, confirm measurements, and choose the equipment required to complete the project. o The contractor protects the surrounding area, including asphalt, walkways, and grounds. o The Contractor shall follow all applicable City, County, and State codes and regulations. o The Contractor will be responsible for all necessary permits to complete this project. o The contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to complete the project. o The contractor is responsible for any trash, litter, or debris. o It is the contractor's responsibility to locate all utilities. o The contractor will remove all concrete and material needed to prep the area. o All concrete shall be pinned every 12 inches when new work meets existing concrete or structure. o All concrete finishes shall match existing concrete. o Work shall be completed by May 15, 2025. List of all areas being considered: Potter Hall rooms, 101,105, 106, 114, 202, 204, 205, 208 A 5% bid bond in the amount of your bid is a requirement payable to MWSU.
