Evaluate the condition of area for installation in order to determine the extent of project requirements, using the drawings provided by Creal Clark & Seifert Rooftop is approx. 10,430 sq.ft; with 8,145 sq.ft of community space Railing installation must ensure safety for visitors of the rooftop area Fabricate, install, and paint decorative safety railing, to the perimeter of the roof area, in a manner appropriate to the historic nature of the structure Install decorative safety railing atop existing parapet, to a total of 5 feet in height Ensure materials will be similar in appearance and quality to the surrounding area Remove all trash and debris from work site Firms having any questions or wishing to inspect the project site should contact Kim Schutte at (816) 271-5349.
