The City of Collinsville, Illinois, is requesting sealed bids for fence replacement at Fletcher Field in Woodland Park, Collinsville, IL 62234. The City of Collinsville reserves the right to not open a sole bid and to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid. SCOPE OF PROJECT: Labor, material, and equipment to remove existing chain link fence and install 80LF of 5' by 8GA fuse bonded black vinyl chain link fence, 1,003LF of 8' x8GA fuse bonded black vinyl chain link fence with two 10' x 8GA double swing gates and four 4' x 8' single swing gates, and 71LF of 10' x 8GA fuse bonded black vinyl chain link fence with one 10' x 10' single swing gate and one 10' x 10' double swing gate, all with yellow top cap. Posts to be set in concrete. MATERIALS: 3" x 11' x WT40 powder coated black corner posts 3" x 11' x WT40 powder coated black end posts 3" x 13' x WT40 powder coated black end posts 4" x 13' x WT40 powder coated black gate posts 3" x 11' x WT40 powder coated black gate posts 3" x 13' x WT40 powder coated black gate posts 2.5" x 8' x WT40 powder coated black line posts 2.5" x 10'6" x WT40 powder coated black line posts 1 5/8" x WT40 powder coated black top/brace rail Yellow top cap. All necessary hardware to complete the job.
