Renovation of a municipal facility in Carlisle Brks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
*As of December 18, 2024 this project has been awarded to Liberty Restoration and Construction, LLC for $34,263.88* Replacement of Maintenance Building Roof Replacing the existing asphalt shingle roof with either a new shingle roof or optional metal roofs on an approximate 4,500 sf building. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Bid Security shall be made payable to the Middlesex Township Municipal Authority. All Bid Bonds must be accompanied by a Power of Attorney or suitable letter of commitment from a licensed surety company as described in the Instructions to Bidders and Specifications. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET PREVAILING WAGES: Attention is called to the fact that payment of prevailing wages will be required on this project and the required wages have been included in the documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portion thereof, and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Authority.
