Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project is an interior renovation for the existing City Hall Building for the City of Henderson. The scope of work associated with the renovation of this building includes, but is not limited to: Suspended Ceiling Systems, electrical, framing, painting, plumbing, demo, etc. Trades include millwork, doors, frames and door hardware, insulation, metal studs, drywall, paint, acoustical ceiling tiles, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical, low voltage, etc. The interior renovation will take place in an occupied 37,223-sf complex. The estimated total cost of the project is $3,500,000. Subcontractors shall be properly licensed for the applicable scopes. SHF International LLC has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the above project. The subcontractor pre-qualification form is available from SHF International LLC.
