The Puyallup Tribal Housing Department (PTHD) is soliciting lump sum bids to construct 6 duplexes (12) units. Scope of work contains infrastructure of all utilities, roads, sidewalks, septic systems, and complete turn key construction of units. A. Project Address: 50th St. Ct. E. Tribal TERO regulations will apply. This solicitation does not commit the PTHD to award a contract nor to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of bids or to procure supplies or services related thereto. The PTHD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities and to extend, cancel, or to re-solicit for proposals when it is in the best interest of the Puyallup Tribal Housing Department. Construct 6 new 2,318 Sf per building two-bedroom duplexes (1,159 SF per unit) with garages at the existing Waller RD site. Site work includes excavation, grading, fill, with a new egress only road to 36 th St with an automated gate. Utilities to connect to existing on site, with the addition of an expanded septic drain field system. MEP to be bidder design, along with fire sprinkler and irrigation. Work includes 7new construction consisting of Doors, windows, interior walls, finishes, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. All bidders are responsible for complying with the contract documents in their entirety, including acknowledging all addenda. Bidders must be able to comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements including, but not limited to, diligent adherence to all licensing (State and Local Municipalities), bonding, insurance, documentation, wage rate and safety standards. Successful bidders must be prepared to sign the Puyallup Tribal Housing Department Construction Services Contract, the form of which is attached to and incorporated in this Invitation to Bid.
