Project Description: Washington County Covid Mitigation project is located at 1155 W. Clydesdale Dr., Fayetteville, AR 72701. This project will include site improvements/upgrades, landscaping, building additions, and interior renovations to the existing buildings. Project Taxable: Yes A Nabholz team member will be present to assist with bid collection and proper room notification upon entry to the Courthouse on bid day. Contractors are to base their bids on the bid package scopes included in the Construction Managers Manual. All bids must be submitted on the required bid form located in the CM Manual and filled out in its entirety. Contractors can bid on more than one bid package, but each bid package must be submitted separately. If there are savings that can be offered if multiple bid packages are awarded, please indicate that on the bid form under the "Voluntary Alternates" section.
