Reference Number 0000367286 The intent of this specification is to establish a unit price (labor costs per hour) for City Hall and Recreation Center Elevator Repairs & Maintenance for a period of one (1) year. The Contractor shall contact the Mayor's office at 734-258-3022 (lwalsh@southgatemi.gov) to give notification of the day and time of the site visit. All bids are to remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the bid. No proposals shall be withdrawn within this period. *The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids; also, to waive formal defects in bids should it deem it for the best interest of the city. Unsolicited alternates shall be considered informal and may be cause for rejection of the bid.
