TCEC Fire Pump House The proposal is for the Treasure Coast Energy Center (TCEC) Fire Pump House as more fully described in the Request for Proposals package. Formed by Florida's municipal electric utilities in February 1978, the Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA or the Agency) is a non-profit, governmental, wholesale electric utilities company created to serve the needs of municipal electric utilities in Florida. All 33 municipal systems in the State are FMPA members who participate at varying levels in Agency activities.
