Project Bid must be all inclusive. o Replace pitch roof o Upgrade bathroom w/walk-in shower & elevated toilet o Replace all interior doors o Replace all windows-impact o Replace all smoke detectors o Repair plumbing stack vent o Replace (2) exterior doors o Misc. electrical repairs (light fixtures) o Misc. drywall repairs. PLEASE NOTE: Any roof work will require separate permit. The homeowner is responsible for securing and protecting any breakables. The homeowner is to supply and is also responsible for needed utilities to complete rehab.
