Direct all inquiries to: Paul Langel, Deputy Chief Email: plangel@slcfd.org The selected CMAR firm will provide pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services for projects valued up to $7,500,000. Services will include but are not limited to: New facility construction Renovations and additions HVAC system replacements Roof repairs and replacements Parking and site improvements Interior upgrades to support operations Each project will follow the CMAR approach, with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals required for all assigned work. All subcontractor work must be competitively procured per Florida law and SLCFD Procurement Manual requirements. In accordance with Florida Statutes 255.05, in lieu of the 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, Proposer may provide an alternative form of security in the form of cash, a money order, a certified check, a cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit, or a security of a type listed in part II of chapter 625, Florida Statutes. Any such alternative form of security shall be for the same purpose and be subject to the same conditions as the Fire District standard form payment and performance bonds.
