Connection to Access Control System must be coordinated through County contracted vendor, Gearface. 6. 2-year Workmanship Warranty 7. Licenses, insurance, safety, clean up, labor, and materials shall be included. Total Bid should include: Removal and disposal of all job-related debris and materials Rental of any equipment needed to complete the project The Contractor/ Vendor shall be responsible for all permits.
