SCOPEOFWORK The FHS PAC, which seats 843, was built in 2012. Much of the installed technical equipment is as old, if not older, than the facility. The equipment list below, reflects the primary technology categories that are in need of replacement or new installation. While the PACs front of house area is the primary event control location, stakeholders would like an underutilized, and more spacious, lighting booth in the rear of the room to be an option for video production control for larger events. Venue amps and select systems reside in an existing rack in the rear lighting booth. The existing Crestron system with control panels at the front of house and stage manager positions will be utilized and reprogrammed, along with one additional control panel to be installed in the light booth near the main PTZ/video control area. These panels will control: Remotevideo displays- on/off- source option Existing projector screen- up/down and variable position Mainprojector- on/off- source option Cyclorama projector- on/off- source option PTZsystem preset recall Possible livestream launch programmed within the Crestron system Isolated network connectivity and hardware will be determined by bidding vendor, based on unique project design needs. Vendor will identify any missing electrical, or other, needs beyond the existing facility infrastructure, required for complete project installation. An important final component will be scheduled staff training sessions on every system. The FHS PAC is an active facility with few windows of downtime during the school year. While some elements could be installed during the year or during the Christmas break, from December 23, 2024, to January 3, 2025, the overall deadline for all items to be fully installed and 100% operational would be Friday, August 15, 2025
