Site work and paving for a civil project in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The prime must be GDOT prequalified, and the sub-contractors must be prequalified or registered per Chapter 672-5, Governing the Prequalification of Prospective Bidders, of the Rules and Regulations of the State of GA. This project consists of improvements to Remington Ave from Smith Ave to E. Pinetree Blvd. These improvements include resurfacing, curb and gutter, roundabout construction, landscaping, stormwater improvements, water main replacements, and sewer rehabilitation. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City. CITY OF THOMASVILLE M.
