Site work for a water / sewer project in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is being funded with federal aid in the amount of $1,200,000.00 from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and capital funding. Therefore, this project is a federal-aid project and will be administered in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and requires bidders to have a Unique Entity Identification number. The work primarily includes removing existing sanitary sewer manholes and mains, bypass pumping, installing new sanitary sewer manholes and mains, and performing other necessary and appurtenant work to complete the project as otherwise described, enumerated and shown in these specifications and referenced plans. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked 2024 WASTEWATER PHASE 1 OLIVE CREEK & must be delivered before the time specified. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
