Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Inverness, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

**As of February 26th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 4th, 2025.** Bids shall be submitted for the following: Downtown City of Inverness: removal of small, medium and large trees; removal of landscape and sod; removal and reinstallation of brick pavers and tree gates; tree pruning; installation of new landscaping including plants and sod; irrigation modifications and new installation. Historic Citrus County Courthouse: demolition with landscape and sod removal; tree pruning; install new landscaping and irrigation; install new hardscape including concrete pads for benches and trash receptables; furnish and install new benches, trash receptacles and visual screen enclosures for air conditioning units. Question Deadline 01/24/2025 No questions may be submitted after Friday, January 24th and responses to those questions will be directed to all potential bidders by 5:00 PM., Monday, January 27th
