A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** East Turner Camp Road from East Matthew Meadow Court to the East end of East Turner Camp Road (including boat ramp parking area) Citrus County, Florida (County) invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide roadway full depth reclamation (FDR) and resurfacing Work for two lanes of E. Turner Camp Road from E Matthew Meadow Ct to the east end of E Turner Camp Blvd (including boat ramp parking lot). Successful Bidder shall furnish all labor, material, consumables, tools and appropriate equipment necessary to perform all operations for FDR, and all other work noted in the plans. GENERAL: This Scope of Services is for the full depth reclamation (FDR) of E Turner Camp Blvd, a two (2) lane road from E Matthew Meadow Ct to the east end of E Turner Camp Blvd (including boat ramp), approximately 8830 feet per lane. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, consumables, tools and appropriate equipment necessary to perform all operations for FDR. The work shall consist of the production of a stabilized base course composed of a pulverized and blended mixture of the existing bituminous concrete pavement, the entire existing base course and any supplemental base material that is added for strength. Stabilization of the reclaimed materials shall be accomplished by injecting Emulsion and spreading Portland cement with the reclaimed materials to form a stabilized base course in accordance with attached specifications. The finished product shall consist of 8" stabilized base and 2 - 1.5" lifts of Type FC 12.5 Asphalt (76-22 modified polymer). All materials including cement, asphalt and supplemental base material, shall comply with attached specifications. The ultimate roadway section shall consist of 2 - 10' travel lanes. Asphalt to be provided for the project must be identified on the current FDOT Asphalt Mix Design Plant Assignment Sheet and is to be submitted with the bid. Pavement markings are to meet current MUTCD criteria . Additional Information: A. All Temporary Painted Pavement Markings/RPM's are incidental to the contract and will not be paid for separately. B. All Millings are incidental to the contract and Contractor will keep the millings. C. Shoulder grading/embankment/borrow work is incidental to the contract. D.
