Renovation of a residential development in Kennett, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
New Condensing Units and Related Materials for Fifty Six (56) Dwelling Units. In accordance with Clause 9 of the Instructions to Bidders, all Bids must be accompanied by a negotiable Bid Guarantee in the form of a Certified Check payable to the Kennett Housing Authority or a Satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid. The surety company must be authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be acceptable to the Government. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of the Contract Price acceptable to the Kennett Housing Authority all in accordance with Clause 10, Assurance of Completion, of the Instructions to Bidders. Successful Bidder will be required to have General Liability and Vehicle Liability Insurance with a combined single limit in the amount of One Million Dollars and Workman's Compensation Insurance according to the Laws of the State of Missouri. The Kennett Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Kennett Housing Authority for a period not to exceed Thirty (30) subsequent days from the date of opening Bids, prior to the awarding of the Contract.
