The project involves the grinding and removal of certain tree species over approximately 57 acres, in and around Harris Mountain located near the corral pink sand dunes in Kane County Utah. The entire 57 acres will be a first entry removal site. Removal methods will include, the use of Mechanical grinding to thin pinion pine, juniper and Oak Brush. The County will not be responsible for proposals delivered to a person or location other than that specified herein, and reliance on third party shipping methods will not excuse late proposals. The county reserves the right to reject proposals that are determined to be non-responsive or non-responsible. Should the county award a contract, it will be to the offeror whose proposal is determined in writing to be most advantageous to the county based on the factors set forth in the request for proposals. Late submissions will be returned unopened to offeror.
