Participation Requirements - Airport Concessionaires Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the Briggs Boulevard at Spring Creek Water & Sanitary Sewer Improvements Installation of approximately 750 LF of 12" water line Installation of a new sanitary sewer manhole, removal of a sanitary sewer manhole , and rehabilitation of a sanitary sewer manhole. All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Respondent will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The selected Respondent may be required to perform some or all of the following pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and value engineering the Work.
