As of December 30, 2024 project was awarded to Gerke Excavating, Inc., awarded amount is $522,566.10. 2025 Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Improvements - King Avenue, East Foster Street and Kilbourn Avenue The contract consists of the following approximate major quantities: Sanitary Sewer (1,500 lineal feet), 8 and 6-inch Water Main (1,300 lineal feet), and 1-inch Water Services (700 lineal feet). Appurtenances to the above construction items are not listed above. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Tomah within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal construction The City of Tomah reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
