Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI is requiring HVAC repair services of two (2) outdoor HVAC units. The units have been diagnosed by a Daikin-certified technician which indicated the primary compressor needs replacing in each unit. It was also indicated that the north HVAC unit needs the inverter compressor and contactor replaced. Both units are Daikin Heat Pump models REYQ120PBTJ. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to repair the two (2) outdoor HVAC units. The units have been diagnosed by a Daikin-certified technician which which indicated the primary compressor needs replacing in each unit. It was also indicated that the north HVAC unit needs the inverter compressor and contactor replaced at the Tomah VA Medical Center located at 500 E Veterans St., Tomah, WI 54660. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. All Vendors must meet the Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 238220. Period of Performance: Period of Performance shall be scheduled with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) after contract award. All work shall be completed within 45 calendar days after date of award. 2. SCOPE OF WORK. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to repair the two (2) outdoor HVAC units serving Building 409. The units have been diagnosed by a Daikin-certified technician which indicated the primary compressor needs replacing in each unit. Contractor's pricing shall be inclusive of all cost including parts, labor, travel, and shipping, unless otherwise indicated. The Contractor shall have his/her own service manuals, specifications, schematic diagrams, and parts lists to assist in the evaluation/repair of the two (2) HVAC units. Technician(s) shall be Daikin certified. If access to the inside of Building 409 shall be needed, the Contractor shall be escorted by VA staff. If there are any restrictions or other requirements to access Building 409 at that time, Contractor shall follow all VA Medical Center protocol.
