Reference Number 0000380185 Job 15 Business Park Drive, Armonk, NY 10504 The work consists of the site work associated with the construction of a prefabricated water treatment building, and startup and testing assistance, as required to incorporate a new bedrock water supply well SD2-1 at the Town of North Castle Water District No. 4 property 15 Business Park Drive in Armonk, New York. There will be a non-mandatory site walk on April 1, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at the site . The site work will include all the necessary excavation and backfill, concrete work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and water supply well work, and all appurtenant work, to make the prefabricated water treatment building operational. The furnishing of the water treatment building will be provided under a separate contract with the Town of North Castle. The site work contractor will be required to coordinate with the manufacturer of the prefabricated treatment building to deliver, offload and secure the prefabricated treatment building upon the concrete foundation. The site work contractor will be required to make the final plumbing and electrical connections to the prefabricated water treatment building to make the water supply and treatment system for Well SD2-1 operational.
