Reference Number 0000407878 The Town Pool and Tennis Club Pool and Pool Deck Improvement project shall include the removal and replacement of the existing concrete pool deck for the main pool area, kiddie pool area and seating area, removal and replacement of the pool deck drainage system, removal and replacement of ADA compliant walkways and handrails, removal and reconstruction of existing stairways, handrails and fencing, removal and replacement of the existing pool gutter system, resurfacing the main pool interior, construction of a retaining wall and associated stormwater management systems, removal of existing vegetation and trees and installation of various landscaping improvements. The project will also require leakage testing (performed by the owner) of the existing main pool supply and return lines to determine any necessary repairs to be completed by the contractor.
