The building program includes administrative offices, staff support areas, maintenance shop, warehouse storage area, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems. Site work generally includes concrete pavement, water main and service, sanitary sewer main and service, stormwater detention pond, franchise electric and gas services, emergency electric generator, lighting, landscaping, and irrigation system at the Public Works Operations Center, 1284 FM 740 Heath, TX 75032.
