Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Coopersville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,600-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a 9,300-square-foot educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation and addition to an enducational facility. As of February 27, 2025, a construction manager has been assigned for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
