Radio Communications Infrastructure Maintenance All Proposals Must Be Valid for a Period of Not Less Than Ninety (90) Days From the Opening of the Proposals. Bid Documents Are in Order, That the Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors Will Make Contract Awards During a Meeting of the Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors, Which Will Be Held on December 4, 2024 at the East Stroudsburg Municipal Building, Council Chambers, Which is Scheduled to Begin at 5pm. Each Proposal, When Submitted Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Bond, Certified Check, or Money Order for Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Proposal Submitted for Consideration. The Monroe County Control Center Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Proposal and Furthermore Award the Contract in Such a Manner as May Appear to Be in the Best Interest of the Monroe County Control Center. Proposals May Be Held by the Monroe County Control Center for a Period of Not to Exceed Ninety (90) Days From the Date of the Opening of Proposals for the Purpose of Reviewing the Proposals and Investigating the Qualifications of Vendors, Prior to Awarding the Contract.
