Site work and paving for a civil project in Saugerties, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The proposal consists of the installation of 1,672' of 2" and 3" diameter low pressure sanitary sewer force main, including, but not limited to maintenance and protection of traffic, site preparation, directional drilling, valves, air relief valves, house services, backfill, paving, site restoration and other related work. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percentum (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or bid bond subject to the conditions of this contract. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid as set forth in the Bid Form. These Bonds shall be in compliance with the Specifications and the bidder shall be required to submit with his bid the completed form in the specifications. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request forsuch interpretation should be in writing and addressed to Brinnier and Larios, P.C., Kingston, New York 12401 and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be mailed or delivered to all prospective bidders (at the respective addresses furnished for such purposes). Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve the bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents. The Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept any bid, or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the Town of Saugerties may appear to require.
