Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum salaries and wages as specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as set forth in the specification may be paid on the rehabilitation work. The contractor must, furthermore, ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color or creed, sex or national origin. Sealed bids Rehabilitation to be Division, addressed Room I 1 to 1111, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center marked Bid on LEAD HAZARD CONTROL OF DWELLING UNIT, with the address and job number identified, must be on file in this office. The bidder must file a certificate of insurance with the Rehab Division evidencing comprehensive public liability insurance coverage protecting the property owner for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate arising out of the work performed by the contractor. Evidence of workman's compensation insurance must be shown prior to receipt of the order to proceed with the work. The owner reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids in whole or in part.
