The purpose of this document is to ultimately select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Rochester Hills with irrigation systems contractor services. The City of Rochester Hills has provided specifications and requirements that will assist in the procurement of the highest quality service possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City. The irrigation system contractor shall be employed in the field of installation, sales and repair of irrigation systems similar to the equipment used by the City.
