All prices quoted must be firm for the term of the blanket. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills. All costs associated with shipping and delivery must be included in the unit cost. The City wishes to establish a blanket purchase order with the selected vendor for the purchase of Square Steel Sign Posts. Drawings are not available, product reference is Telespar brand. Purchases are made on an as needed basis.
