Question Cut Off Date 11/27/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond by a surety company registered to do business in the State of Iowa, or a certified share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and made payable to the City of Council Bluffs.
