Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ocean Shores, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of January 14 , 2025 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $1.3 MILLION The scope of work shall consist of improvements to a 3.0 MG (million gallon) welded steel reservoir including preparation and recoating of the reservoir interior, removal of mill scale, seal welding, roof vent replacement, sill plat grout replacement, containment, surface restoration, and miscellaneous work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Ocean Shores, Washington All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Ocean Shores and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Contract questions shall be directed to Dominic J. Miller, Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Ocean Shores, Washington and. The City of Ocean Shores expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
