North Beach School District No. 064 is requesting qualifications for professionalservices from interested firms for 3rd party peer review with expertise in structural and tsunami-resistant engineering for the North Beach School District as part of the districts Ocean Shores Elementary School Vertical Tsunami Tower Project Qualifications submitted after this deadline may not be considered at the discretion of the district. Interested firms with recent experience in the following disciplines are requested to submit qualifications. Structural Engineering and/orGeotechnical Engineering To be considered, interested firms or project teams consisting of multiple firms should submit their qualifications addressing the following: Firm background and qualifications. Resumes of key individuals providing service, including specificexperience with similar projects. Availability to immediately commence work. Code required peer review Tsunami Modeling Peer Review Structural Engineering Peer Review GeotechnicalEngineering Peer Review Final PeerReview Documentation Provided to the Building Official and Sealed in Accordance with WAC 196-23-020 Seal/Stamp Usage The qualifications package shall be in PDF electronic format only and shall be limited to twelve (12) 8.5 x 11 pages, including cover letter and resumes. North Beach School District willreview all applicants and select the most qualified firm with which to negotiate a mutually agreeable fee for the anticipated scope of work based on project requirements.
