Renovation of a conference / convention center in Ocean Shores, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The scope of work shall consist of the preparation of surfaces and recoating of the Convention Center eaves and canopies including the pan decking, structural framing, and structural supports. The Work shall be substantially complete within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Ocean Shores and in an amount of not less than five percent, (5%) of the total Proposal amount. City of Ocean Shores, Washington and The City of Ocean Shores expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
