Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 3, 2025 project was awarded to Eagle Painting, awarded amount is $16,201.33. The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment for Pressure Cleaning and Painting Building "H", Building "I", Electrical Substation and Diesel Fuel Tanks including the containment area for the tanks. The work shall also include all walls, piping, concrete pads, floors, walkways, bollards and stairs associated with the listed areas at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility. ("WWRF"). See attached CONE OF SILENCE THERE MAY BE A CONE OF SILENCE IN PLACE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY RULES REGARDING A CONE OF SILENCE. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. Questions are due by Wednesday November 13, 2024. Subject line must be titled:
