The emergency contract kicks in when an emergency condition arises that necessitates immediate action to minimize damage and inconvenience resulting from such condition. The Work to be performed by the Successful Bidders(s) under this Contract includes, providing a combination of manpower, equipment and materials to perform emergency repairs for the City's water distribution and/or sanitary sewer system and address any collateral damages as a result of such an emergency, including but not limited to, pavement restoration, sod restoration and related restoration services, in accordance with this Solicitation and the Bid Price Schedule.
