Renovation of an educational facility in Roscoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes: The removal of existing HVAC equipment for replacement with packaged rooftop units and associated electrical work, other mechanical improvements, roof replacement, and interior finish work associated with the new mechanical systems. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Kinni kinnick CCSD No. 131in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before August 1, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
