Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment and materials for the supply, replacement, and installation of glass at Transit Centers, facility buildings and bus shelters, as needed, on Pierce Transit facilities as listed in the Summary of Work. This work may be on an emergency basis or on a scheduled basis. All inquiries regarding the contents and requirements of this Bid must be in writing and directed to: Linda Shilley, Procurement Manager via email lshilley@piercetransit.org. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the maximum allowable contract total of $200,000.00. Pierce Transit reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of Pierce Transit.
