Cleaning, Repairing, & Painting; 1,500,000-Gallon Elevated Reservoir; Tower Number Three The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 86-feet, high-water level 159-feet, low-water level of 116-feet, and overall height of 172-feet. Site Directions: 2347 Hallmark Avenue North, Oakdale, Minnesota 55128 he project includes the following work on the 1,500,000-gallon hydropillar reservoir, constructed by Hydrostorage, Inc. in 1985. The tower was last partially reconditioned in 1999 by TMI Coatings when they performed full replacement of the interior wet coating and spot repair of the interior dry and exterior coatings. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting all interior and exterior surfaces. Full containment is mandatory as the interior dry and exterior coatings are considered lead-based paint. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. 3. Fabrication of a new roof over the control room. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on April 1, 2025 and end by June 30, 2025.
