SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. Contract will be a general contract for the construction of Collin County Courthouse Fire Sprinkler Pipe Replacement. The project is to complete the design, furnishment and installation of all necessary equipment for the new pipe fire sprinkler system within the conditioned portions of each mechanical attic within the existing Collin County Courthouse in McKinney, Texas, as indicated and described on the contract drawings and specification.
