Installation of Decorative Street Lights. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids if they are not in the best interest of the Village. The VIiiage of Lynbrook seeks bids for the removal and replacement of 67 standard streetlight pole units with ornamental decorative streetlight pole units on Peninsula Boulevard, between Sunrise Highway and Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook, NY. The Village is to provide the new streetlight pole units. These quantities are approximate and the Village reserves the right to modify as suitable before awarding the contract. No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally, Every request for such interpretation and all inquiries should be made in writing addressed to the Superintendent ofPublic Works (Project Manager) at PHealey@lybrookvillage.com, and to be given consideration must be received by 2:00PM on November 15, 2024. There will be NO Pre-Bid Conference for this Bid,
